Ulrike Albinsson

Founding and Board Member Public Relations HAFV

Ulrike Albinsson (*1970) has been working as a hand analyst and coach since 2007, leading seminars and training courses in hand analysis in Zurich. She learned the art of palmistry over four years from various teachers, including Richard Unger. Her additional training includes Palmtherapy®, Touch for Health, Nonviolent Communication, various coaching approaches, and a three-year training in transactional analysis (2011 - 2013).

From 2013 to 2015, she read the hands of ninety Swiss celebrities from photos without knowing who they were, for the newspaper "Blick am Abend." In 2016, a beautiful reportage of her work can be found in the book "Hände" by the photographer Walter Schels and his partner Beate Lakotta. Ulrike was also interviewed for an hour about her work as a hand analyst in Nadja Lang's podcast and by Sharon Zucker on Radio24.

Since 2020, Ulrike has been offering seminars and training courses in collaboration with Dr. med. Christoph Jans (psychiatrist/psychotherapist and hand analyst). These involve a combination of hand analysis, concepts of emotion theory, solution-oriented brief therapy, and systemic techniques used in psychotherapy to make these tools accessible to a broader audience and to promote reflection and personal development.
